Global aviation AOG network
Getting started

Already listed, or joining for the first time?

Organizations are often added to the network by AOG Hub or by partners they already work with, before anyone from the company has an account. Both routes start here and finish on the AOG HUB platform, which is where anything involving a code, an account or a password happens.

Two ways in

Pick the one that describes your organization.

Already listed

You received a verification code

Complete your organization’s profile to take ownership of the existing record and become its first administrator. Your stations, capabilities and contacts carry over.

Your organization is not on AOG Hub yet

Register the company yourself. There is no code to wait for and no invitation needed - you become its first administrator straight away, using whichever business email you prefer.

Not sure

You do not know whether you are listed

Write to us from your business address and we will confirm what is on record for your organization before you enter anything anywhere.

Ask us

Where your code is entered

Nothing is entered on this website - neither a verification code nor a password. Both are asked for on the AOG HUB platform, over a secure connection to our systems. The invitation email deliberately contains no link, so you arrive at an address you typed yourself.

How organization onboarding works, in full
What happens next

After the first administrator is set up.

  • Invite the people who work cases

Desks and shifts rather than individuals, so a request reaches somebody who is awake.

  • Check the capabilities and stations

The record was described by whoever created it. Your own people are the only ones who can make it exactly right.

  • Add a second administrator

One administrator is one resignation away from an organization that cannot answer an invitation.

  • Put the duty roster on the app

Most operations centres run one case end to end from the desk first, then hand phones out.

Questions before you start?

The FAQ answers most of them, and a person answers the rest.
