Web access

Sign in from any machine. Install nothing.

Shifts are often covered from whatever computer is available. Someone may be at another station, using a stand-in machine, waiting for a laptop to be repaired, or working in an environment where software installation requires a formal IT process. Web access keeps the product available in all of these situations.

In the browser

Everything the desk needs, on a machine that is not yours.

A shift gets covered from whatever computer is free. That is a fact of operations, not an edge case, so the browser is a first-class way in rather than a cut-down one.

01

Nothing to install or request from IT

Use a supported browser and your normal account. No download, administrator rights or software-installation exception is required.

02

The full case, including every room

The essential case workspace: supplier rooms, offers, documentation and tasks in one place.

03

The combined view is read-only here too

The same rule applies as on desktop. Review the full case at once, but reply only from the relevant room, where the recipient and conversation context are explicit.

04

Search your case history in the browser

Search the case and message history available to your account directly from the browser. Your searches remain part of your own application session.

05

Sessions expire automatically

Browser sessions expire automatically, and you or an authorized account manager can end access from another device. This is especially useful when using a shared or temporary computer.

06

UTC and station time

The same dual display as every other surface.

Where we recommend a dedicated device instead

Web access is designed for operational work, but we recommend a controlled company device for long-term account-security and record-management decisions. Tasks such as configuring account recovery, replacing recovery methods and exporting records are best handled on the desktop app or another trusted device. If a browser is your only option, the functions remain available.

Already have an account?

Web access uses the same account as the phone and the desktop. Sign in and your open cases are there.
